Reiki Sessions
I’ve been a professional Reiki Practitioner since 2017. I’m a passionate healer with an alternative approach and am dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. My treatments are tailored to each client's needs, ensuring they receive the best approach. Reiki involves gently placing hands on or slightly above your body, depending on the client's comfort. The benefits of Reiki are unlimited, but the most common are relaxation, stress management and emotional healing.

Aroma Touch
Everyone holds the key to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That’s where my services come in. As an experienced Aroma Touch Practitioner
I work with you to restore balance and find a sense of relaxation and peace. During your treatment, I will use eight different oils. The gentle movement follows the meridians of your back, feet and hands. This is a perfect way to work self-care into your life.
COACHING
FREE Consultation
FREE Life Coaching consultation is offered for new clients. This is a wonderful way to learn about Life Coaching and how it can help you take charge of your life and make positive changes to achieve your personal life goals. It also offers an opportunity to make sure there is a connection between the client and Life Coach.

Coaching Payments
Payment can be done through e-transfer prior to the day of each coaching session or cash payment when you come to the session. When purchasing multiple sessions we will work out the payment schedule to suit both clients and the coach.
GRIEF COUNSELLING
I offer 1:1 and group counselling and prefer a minimum of 6 for these group sessions. During your sessions, we will discuss your immediate grief experience,the name of the person you lost, and the circumstances surrounding the loss.You will learn about the many emotions that appear as you are grieving. Grief is hard work and takes time but it will get better.By the 4th session we will begin learning more about moving forward and what you want for your future.You will have the tools to do this as we share experiences and dreams.I use educational tools, handouts and homework.The homework gives you time to work with your own personal feelings
