Service Description
A supportive environment where individuals can share their experiences and navigate the complexities of loss together. These sessions are designed to provide professional guidance and peer connection to help you achieve a harmonious balance of body, mind, and spirit during difficult times. Group sessions run for 4 to 6 weeks and are held weekly unless requested to be bi-weekly by the group.

Cancellation Policy
## Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy At Open Heart Wellness, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least **24 hours' notice**. ### Cancellation Policy * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with **24 hours or more notice** will not incur a fee. * Appointments cancelled with **less than 24 hours' notice** may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to **50% of the scheduled service fee**. * Clients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") may be charged **100% of the appointment fee**. * Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment when booking future appointments. ### Emergency Exceptions We understand that emergencies, sudden illness, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances can occur. In these situations, cancellation fees may be waived at the discretion of Open Heart Wellness. ### Late Arrivals If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients. The full appointment fee will still apply. ### Refunds Fees for services that have already been provided are non-refundable. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us remain available to support all clients in our community.
